WOODLANDS SCHOOLS
RETURNS POLICY

Woodlands Schools Limited ("we") will accept returns on items which have been unused and unworn provided we are notified within 21 days of delivery by emailing us at uniforms@woodlandsschools.co.uk.

Please ensure you return the items to us in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original packaging and with all labels intact.

Please ensure that swimwear is tried on over your child's own underwear, and that any hygiene labels remain attached to the swimwear.

We regret that our returns policy does not apply to stockings, tights and socks if you have already tried them on.

This returns policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions of Supply. Your statutory rights are not affected.
